In the crisp winter of February 2023, I embarked on a transformative journey that would not only redefine my professional path but also stand as a testament to resilience, entrepreneurship, & the power of diversity.

 As a single parent of two & a proud member of a minority community, the decision to start my alteration business was fueled by a blend of necessity & passion.  With a background in fashion & a skill set honed over years of personal & professional experience, I recognized a gap in the market.

 Bridal alterations, a niche often underserved, presented an opportunity for me to blend my craftsmanship with a deep understanding of the diverse needs within the community. Armed with a sewing machine, a small workspace, & an unwavering belief in the quality of my work, I began offering alteration services to friends & family. Word-of-mouth quickly became my ally. 

February, a month associated with love and new beginnings, became the birth month of my business.
